Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Deletion

If you wish to delete your Rustfield account and the personal data associated with it, please email:

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your Rustfield player ID (if known).
• A description of your use of third-party account login with Rustfield (if applicable).
• The email address we can use to contact you.
• A clear request that you wish to delete your account and related data.

If you log in to Rustfield through Facebook, Google, Apple or another third-party account, you can use the process on this page to request deletion.

2. How We Process Requests

After receiving your request, we will:

1. Verify whether the request relates to a Rustfield account and perform any necessary identity verification.
2. Confirm the account and associated data to be deleted.
3. Delete data that should be deleted under applicable law and for which there is no longer a lawful basis for retention.
4. Process the request within the period required by applicable law and, where reasonably practicable, notify you of the result.

We may contact you if we need additional information. We will not ask you for your third-party account password to prove account ownership.

3. Scope of Deletion

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a deletion request may cover:

• Rustfield account data associated with your third-party account login identifier.
• Game progress and game state associated with the account.
• Other personal information associated with the account.

Records that we are legally required to retain or that we have another lawful basis to retain may continue to be retained to the necessary extent, with their use restricted.

4. Third-Party Account Login Authorization

You can manage your authorization relationship with the Game through the account settings or authorization management page provided by the relevant third-party platform.

For example, Facebook users can manage authorizations for third-party apps in Facebook's settings; other platforms generally provide similar authorization management features.

However, revoking third-party account login authorization does not necessarily automatically delete data already stored on Rustfield servers. To delete Rustfield data, please submit a separate request in accordance with this page.

5. Effects of Deletion

A deletion request may result in the permanent loss of your account, game progress and associated game data, which cannot be recovered.

If a request involves records that we are legally required to retain, we will handle the relevant data in accordance with applicable law and, where necessary, explain why it cannot be deleted immediately.
