Welcome to Rustfield.
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Rustfield game and related online services. By using the Game, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Game.
Rustfield is currently operated by an individual developer.
The Game provides authentication through third-party account login services. The specific login options available depend on the features actually offered by the Game.
You should log in through the official authorization process of the relevant third-party platform and must not impersonate others or use another person's account without authorization.
You should comply with the relevant third-party platform's rules for its login service. If your third-party platform account or authorization status changes, you may no longer be able to use the corresponding login features.
Please do not attempt to bypass authentication, steal other players' accounts or otherwise compromise account security.

We may adjust game rules, balance, resource values, combat mechanics and other game content as needed for the operation of the Game and fair competition.
We will maintain fair play within a reasonable scope and address identified cheating, fraud and security issues.
If you discover a bug or security issue, please report it to us through the contact details in these Terms, and do not exploit it to harm other players or the service.
We may adjust or suspend some game features for updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, security incidents or other reasonable reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore services where reasonably practicable, but we do not guarantee that the Game will always operate without interruption or be completely error-free.
As of the effective date of these Terms, Rustfield does not yet offer paid features.
If the Game provides virtual resources, game progress or other virtual content, such content forms part of the game service, and its functions and usage rules are determined by the actual game rules.
If we introduce paid features in the future, we will separately publish the applicable purchase, payment and refund rules based on the actual services. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights provided by applicable law.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in cheating, fraud, attacks on the service, abuse of game features or other serious violations of these Terms, we may take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, account access suspension or termination of services as appropriate.
Where required by applicable law, we will follow the necessary notice or appeal procedures.
The rights in the software, interfaces, text, artwork, audio, trademarks and other content of the Rustfield game belong to their lawful rights holders.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by the rights holder, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit protected content without authorization.
Using the Game does not mean that you acquire ownership of the relevant content.
The Game may use third-party account login services (such as Facebook, Google, Apple or another applicable provider), depending on the features actually offered by the Game.
When using third-party account login, you should also comply with the relevant platform's terms and policies. The availability of third-party services may affect some features of the Game.
We will take reasonable measures to maintain the game services, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be available, error-free or meet all specific needs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable beyond what is required by law for service interruptions or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms due to changes in game features, operating methods or applicable law.
The updated version will be posted on this page with the last updated date indicated. Material changes requiring notice or consent under law will be handled in accordance with the law.
The governing law and dispute resolution for these Terms should be determined based on the operator's location, the markets served by the game services and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms do not exclude any consumer protection or other non-waivable statutory rights you enjoy.
